I love my wife - I love my honey
I gave them both everything I had
Like lots of love - and lots of money
Can a little devotion be too much to ask?
I should have seen it coming
Man, you know it's always something
I'd give a month of Sundays to se her again
Believe me when I tell you
I know it's hard - it's never easy
It's like an illness in the family
So I'm takin' the news the best that I can
My other woman's got another man
I was the man - rich and good-lookin'
Ask anybody in the neighborhood
Then she cut out - now nothin's cookin'
All of a sudden I don't look so good
I went to have my head examined
Doctor, what you got for depression?
He pulled me aside and said
"Son, you better get you another other woman"
"I now it's hard - no it ain't easy
You got a problem in your family"
So I'm carrying on the best that I can
My other woman's got another man
Now every day I feel like cryin'
It's like a part of us has gone away
But I'll be strong - pick up the pieces
I'll find the strength to face another day
Yes, I'm carrying on the best that I can
My other woman's got another man
Agnetha Faltskog - One Way Love (Montreaux) (03:38)
this high powered line up with a confident performance of this upbeat song. Lyrics, music: Jeff
Lynne (ELO) One way love, it never sleeps, it just grows deeper One way love, it pulls you in, it
takes you down And I wish I knew what I had to do, To get into your life, to get close to you But
baby, it's a one way love. One way love, if you could only see me as I see you One way love, you'd
feel the way I feel tonight And I can't go on living other lives, Making other plans to keep the
tears ...
A question to you sax lovers:
There is an up tempo song out there with a really cool saxophone and band. The few times I've heard it I thought it sounded just like Huey Lewis and The News, but I can't find it. Anybody have an idea of what song this is ??

One of my favorites.. I must say Huey Lewis and the News is the best band I have seen live.. Authentic and true.. I loved that 80s sound..

One of my favorite, Huey songs, so much better with the TOP horn section.
Thanks for posting this one.

If it's not Huey Lewis & The News, try Hall & Oates. Their sax player, Charlie DeChant, plays various songs in an upbeat tempo, especially at concerts (like You Make My Dreams, H&O's cover of Hot Fun In the Summertime, which is great BTW & others).

My wife and I love to slow dance to this song! How cool is it that a bunch of white guys from California can perform a traditional R&B-sounding song so well. And the Tower Of Power Horns are SMOKIN'!!!
